Ken Paves is huge in the world of hair. I don’t mean wigs, I mean hair. He’s a massive celebrity stylist and has been around the Hollywood scene for years. The man is practically a legend in the hair business. He’s worked with a lot of famous women over the years and owns numerous businesses.
He originally got his start with legendary stylist Oribe and worked his way into the Vidal Sasoon Academy. And while he traveled the world styling celebrity hair he didn’t really make it into the public sphere until he hooked up with Jessica Simpson in 1998. Once he meet her and became her regular stylist, his brand took off. From there he’s styled stars like Eva Longoria, Carmen Electra, Céline Dion, Kim Cattrall, Ashlee Simpson, Christina Applegate, Heather Locklear, Avril Lavigne, Brittany Murphy, Jennifer Lopez, Lindsay Lohan, and Jessica Biel along with others since the mid-1990s. His hair designs have appeared in beauty, fashion and hair publications including Vogue, Elle, InStyle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, US Weekly, Celebrity Living,Life & Style Weekly and Star.
So why am I telling you all this? Because with his extended background in not only styling hair but also churning out hair care products is it any wonder why eventually he would have decided to slip into the world of wigs?
He actually started out small at first by working with Jessica Simpson back in 2006 on a line of clip on extensions. After that he partnered with HAIRuWear to expand on that and create will wigs for cancer patients, ponytails, and even more clipons and the lines been pretty successful. Well in part due to the affordability of the extensions. I wouldn’t have been surprised if it had been a little up there in price as most celebrity endorsed wig lines are but that’s not really the case with HAIRuWear or the line that he has with Jessica Simpson. Instead their incredibly affordable and look really great.
But like the saying goes you don’t have to take my word for it. Instead go out there and look into it yourself. You might actually see something that you like.
